I regret choosing the Canterbury centre over the Ashford one, but did so at the time for convenience. Canterbury you have no dealings with Mini at all, it is all via the BMW Centre. Friendly staff but I feel like I was taken for a mug.

Two points, The next service date was entered as 02/27, a two yearly service should be 28. was told it now went on MOT The head lights now wont turn off, was told it was daylight running.Driving the car for 8 years have never noticed them on before.

Initially,when booking my appointment iwas not told that it could be anytime on the day that my car would be attended to,so we went at 07.00 hrs from Margate and arrived at 08.20 hrs. Wasn't looked at till the afternoon,as arrived home.wasted day.
