The service was excellent. But dont agree with receiving one key and then informing the rest will be digital. We dont have a fancy mobile and so is not compatible. I am on my 5th mini and informed if i want a spare key i will have to pay. Not good

Efficient and timely service/MOT. A potential central locking/key fob malfunction affecting the opening of the boot detected. This is how the car has always operated. A £200 investigation fee is rather expensive for how the car was delivered.

Very kind receptionist and general staff. The showroom at 10 o'clock was very cold, I was wearing Summer clothes. I put the blanket around me from my car. The receptionist told someone who put the temperature of the showroom up. Better.

The procedure my mini went in for was done fine but after the car had been in the workshop for 1 hour i got a phone call trying to upsell unnecessary procedures which would have doubled the charge. My car the previous week had had a thorough service
