This was my third mini and the Mini representative, Emily Edwards, who also sold me my 2 previous Mini's knew my preferences and limitations and directed me to the most suitable Mini that met all my requirements.

My advisor Leanne was approachable, friendly and patient answering and explaining any questions clearly and unhurried. She organised my MOT that was due as I had not realised it wasn't being done the same day as my service. I really appreciated that.

Location is not easy to get to on public transport but the provision of a shuttle into Canterbury helps by facilitating a few hours in the centre whilst the car is being serviced.

The Barretts team sorted my service and then arranged for additional tyres to be delivered and fitted when they found I needed them. I was very happy with my service experience at Barretts.
