The entire process was good. However, the only annoying aspect was the date of delivery/ completion going backwards and forwards. Then once we had a date booked in, we felt quite harassed with multiple phone calls and urgent emails.

The service with Sofie was amazing. Car had Mot which failed unfortunately but Sofie phoned whilst in Canterbury and the work was completed . Andy the shuttle bus driver was on time to pick us on time to collect the car. Very pleased .

Two points, The next service date was entered as 02/27, a two yearly service should be 28. was told it now went on MOT The head lights now wont turn off, was told it was daylight running.Driving the car for 8 years have never noticed them on before.

Initially,when booking my appointment iwas not told that it could be anytime on the day that my car would be attended to,so we went at 07.00 hrs from Margate and arrived at 08.20 hrs. Wasn't looked at till the afternoon,as arrived home.wasted day.

Showroom staff have no vehicle knowledge. I was fobbed off for the second time. We were made to wait a very long time in the showroom when collecting our vehicle. This is unacceptable. We have bought 3 new cars from Mini but this will be the last one

I received a very friendly but professional welcome from Lauren. She ran through what was being carried out on my car, which was started very promptly. I was offered a lift into town but decided to wait in the lovely showroom.

Tommy Claringbold dealt with the sale from start to end and he was excellent, keeping in reguar contact by email and by phone. I am still in contact as he is finding some information. Tommy personally delivered the Mini on Christmas Eve.

I had a waiting in main service. During the waiting time I was offered all hot drinks and a shuttle to Canterbury. I took the offer to get to know the city centre and do some Christmas shopping. I enjoyed this way.
