The actual service itself was good but it was very disappointing to learn that you do not provide pick up from work place or home. Also, the exterior to my mini was cleaned but not the interior I.

I take a waiting appointment when I bring the car in so I can work. The showroom has been re-arranged to fit in BMW motorbikes meaning the waiting area has reduced and the resulting seating arrangement is no good for work - it used to be so good!

Seasonal health check was carried out as planned, no problems identified. Made enquires for a quote to replace stripes on bonnet of car, unable to get quote on the day as the company used by Barretts had not got back to your representative.

1/ salesman said he would give us a price for our car, it did not happen. 2/ Mentioned that our drivers side front tyre had a slow puncture, this was not addressed. 4/ Mot and service, brake failure on way home, so scary. Extremely disappointed.

Feel like I'm being ripped off and no one followed up with me in the air con every time I come in I always spend over £1000 have always had everything done there but I think there mums be a design fault as only 40k on the clock and so much goes wrong
