Really great all round experience! James and Alistair really go out of their way and are super efficient. No pressure selling, just really helpful and informative.

The car was collected, as promised. The work carried out and car returned later that afternoon. They even squeezed in a car wash.
When I was contacted about booking a service the young lady was very helpful and understood my situation and she said that someone would pickup and return my vehicle. The man who came met all the COVID criteria and was very polite and smart.
Outstanding communication and very helpful when I arrived. The service dept even double checked that I had requested the right options before the carried out the service. (They checked that I knew I had to pay extra for the air con service).

My vehicle was fortunately ready early to pick up so that I could attend a pre booked appointment.
The quality of work is top-notch! They may have had my car for a while whilst it was being repaired, but a lot of work was needed to be done. So I was more than happy to wait knowing I'd have it back in perfect condition.

The only down side was that the experience suffered by the Covid restrictions. Not Minis fault and it was still a great experience.

Although all took place under covid restrictions, it couldnt have been bettered. Initially I spoke with Kevin Grant who is the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable salesman that I have ever dealt with. The purchase and handover all went smoothly.
Salesperson is a neighbour so handover was seamless.

The car was pickup on time as arranged. Happy with the service, any future work needed explained, the car cleaned and returned to the driveway, very good service. The pickup team very friendly and helpful, a good advert for Barrett's.
I was kept informed of work needed to be carried out on my mini and this was completed same day
I have had a car since I was 17 and have never put air in a tyre so when I asked for them to check tyres for me as the message came on I was treated with respect and not like a lunatic !

Service given by Kieron Farmer, Barretts Canterbury, was very helpful, friendly and informative and appreciated the delivery of the car to us at home by him.
The service was of the high standard i expect from Barretts but i drop one star as the MINI Service Booklet had been stamped with Barretts BMW Service rather than Barretts MINI Service thus spoiling the full MINI service history within the booklet.
