Very professional. Only very small annoyance that coffee facilities were not working during my last visit (I had booked a service while you wait & so spent 2-3 hours in the service centre).

Information about the shuttle service was poor. If I’d known the service was quite infrequent and visited each Barrett depot in rotation- taking me 1 hour from dropping off car to arriving in Canterbury I’d never have gone with it.

It was easy to book an appointment and my vehicle was collected and delivered from/to my home address. The video of my vehicle is a nice touch. Staff professional and friendly and in particular the collection/delivery gentleman.

No problems straight forward end of warranty check and MOT.Slightly surprised that they didn't notice the lumpy starting of the engine - hope nothing goes wrong later.Other garages have service reception and actual service work more closely linked
