Couldnt fault the service on arrival at the showroom and received an e-mail after my car had been serviced and M.O.T. d. It showed me a short video of a mechanic looking all around my car showing me what was being carried out.

I feel they are very honest about what needs to be done. If something can wait until next visit they will tell you. I really like the video sent explaining the check of the vehicle.

Great showroom, good choice of cars, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff, an area to keep the children occupied (essential!) and a bean to cup coffee machine and biscuits - what's not to like!

The requirements of the service were covered, cost up front and review of the car whilst in gives an overview of potential items on the next service.
All in all the service I have received was good but would now prefer to go to ashford as they seem better

The dealer let us down with information about the avalaibility of the JCW tuning kit - he thought it would be avalaible on the LCI model and kept telling us this right up until we were about to take delivery then told us it was not avalaible
